  • Called them three months ago about washer leaking. Was on 11th month, so under warranty. Guy said he had to order a part. He gave me his phone number. After four weeks, I called him. No answer so I left a message. I did this every two weeks for the next two months. Now three months total. Finally I called the main repair store. They do not have electronic records, only paper. Lady finally found my paperwork, but no description of needing parts. And the tech is now in the military. Plus now my washer is out of warranty and they won't make it good. Clearly an unprofessional, fly by night company.
