  • Quick note: Mongolian BBQ is neither Mongolian nor BBQ. It is, however, awesome. Genghis Khan plays both sides of the street, offering a traditional Canchinese buffet as well as the Mongolian BBQ. You pile meat and veggies in a bowl, ladle them with sauce ingredients, and awaaaaayyy you go. The food gets cooked on a large flat surface (like a wok, only not round), but it definitely ain't BBQ esque. Or even that much like a grill. But, seriously, it's all you can eat. That is as good as you let it be. I've gone to my limits and beyond at another Mongolian BBQ, and you don't want to do it.
