  • Its been a long time since I have gone into a GC. This last time I went with my good friends while visiting Las Vegas. Id say that this GC is much larger than the others I have been to. It didnt seemed crammed at all. Tons of room to walk around....almost too much. I am just not a fan of GC as much as I used to be. Spent quite a lot of money in the last 15 years or so. Problem is, that they really hike up their prices which is why you can find cheaper prices on Ebay or online stores....plus online, you get package deals. Had I gone into GC and purchased the Audix DP7 drum mic set, I would have paid just under $1000....maybe a little less considering the guys there could work their magic a little to cut into their commission. Online I paid $750 and received 1 bass drum stand, 2 boom stands and 7 mic cables. Screw GC for the most part. One last thing, most of the employees are a-holes who treat customers like idiots. To be brutally honest though, you guys are the idiots.
