Apparently Perkins is a fairly popular chain restaurant in the Midwest, but I just went for the first time this weekend. My friend and I were famished after landing in Cleveland and Perkins was the first restaurant we saw on our drive to Youngstown. My friend had been there before and said it was decent so we stopped for a bite to eat. We each got a bowl of chicken noodle soup and shared some fried santa fe appetizer. It wasn't anything special and reminded me a lot of Friday's, but it hit the spot. My friend did comment that they had amazing muffins as well, but I didn't try them.
