  • This place is amazing. The concierge level service that we've experienced throughout our leasing and move-in process is unmatched. We have have rented properties from three different companies and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. The grounds are very well kept, they have grounds keepers here 5 days per week, Monday through Friday and it shows. My wife and I were impressed by the beautiful architecture of the apartment buildings themselves, and also the 24 hour amenities, including a large heated pool and spa. The apartment itself maximizes space with an open layout and the state-of-the-art appliances make it that much better. The rooms all have a very modern design and feel to them. The soaking tub is also a great bonus. We have a wood burning fireplace, which we love. The patio is large and private. We had the pleasure of meeting most of the maintenence crew, who were very courteous and lrofessional. They told us if we ever had a problem not to hesitate to call. The best part of this experience has been the kindness of the staff and personalized experience we have had. I highly recommend both Jessica the property manager and Jessica the leasing consultant. While my exoeriemce is unique to me, I truly belieb the administration here cares about their tenants experience living here. Between the two of them, they not only found us a new home, which we love, but our problem dog, who was destined for the humane society. All of this, in a day and with a smile. I have never experienced such an outstanding level of customer service in any transaction. You cannot go wrong here. If resort style, worry free living is what you're after then this is where you will find it. We look forward to calling this place home for a long time.
