  • We used to love J&K gourmet...until tonight. They told us an hour for our food. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes we called because our food had not yet arrived. The lady then told us that we were wrong and they had told us an hour and a half. Two hours went by and we called again and asked where our food was and she told us that we had cancelled our order. Which we did not. We are extremely disappointed and sad at their lack of customer service. We will never use J&K again!
