| - I generally drive when I am in Las Vegas but because of parking charges at the various MGM & Caesars properties, I decided to take the Deuce during my recent trip to Las Vegas.
They sell it in 2 hour, 24 hour, and 3 day. The 2 hours cost $6, the 24 hours cost $8, and the 3 days cost $20. I only needed to get back to my hotel so I opted to get the 2 hour one and since I was leaving Las Vegas in the evening, it didn't really make sense for me to spend the extra $2 for the 24 hours pass. At the time that I took it, the bus was crowded so it was standing room only. Since it picks up a lot of people from the Strip (and people are allowed to drink on the Strip), you will encounter a lot of different types of passengers. You aren't allowed to drink in the bus nor bring any luggage bags that can't fit on your lap.
While I was waiting to get off, I checked out my cellphone and noticed that there was free WiFi on the bus. I'm not sure if it was on all buses that service the Strip, only the Deuce buses, or all buses in general.
I connected to the public WiFi network in the bus and then connected to my VPN for security purposes.
I didn't have any issues during my ride on the Deuce so as bus rides go, I would rate them 5 stars.
