  • I booked an Accessible room and a regular room. Regular room: - Carpet had large bulge (tripping hazard) - Telephone did not work - Toilet would not flush (repair man failed - had to repair ourselves) - No TV remote control Accessible room: - Huge puddle on carpet - Carpet had large bulge (tripping hazard) - Bed was too low for handicapped person (only 18" off floor) - Not enough room between beds for wheelchair We told the front desk of the problems encountered - they brushed us off. No compensation for the many problems.
