  • The frites are amazing. The cheese board is to die for, with a good variety of little things to nibble on. Good selection of cheeses. Every dish they make is well executed. They are even vegetarian friendly. There's an enormous beer selection, specialising in Belgian. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the beer. They actually taste them. It can get crowded even early on a weeknight, but I've always been able to get a seat at the big bar right away, where there's full table service. It's kind of fun to sit there and watch the bartender share his beer knowledge with the customers and try to hunt down some obscure bottle. I can't think of anything they could do better. This place is way better than Cafe Hollander. edited to add: On Tuesdays you get $2 off beer bottles and $4 off 750 mL bottles!
