  • Mastro's is usually pretty consistent, with top quality food and drinks along with outstanding customer service from the staff. This was a disappointment. Waiter hardly came to the table or was involved, the bussers were the only staff that were helpful and even made an apology regarding our terrible waiter. Our water was never refilled. Drinks came well after appetizers and into dinner. A server who was not our server dropped off the check. We had to flag a busser down to give our check to the waiter. We sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for card so we could leave. Won't be dining at this Mastro's again. Lost potential weekly business.
