  • Been here three times, because the service and quality were excellent. Rudy sized my wife's ring on the spot and was fare with the pricing. He was warm and kind while educating myself and my wife about jewelry. The second time I came in he fixed my chain at no cost by tightening the lock with a method that jewelers have. During this time he noticed that the pendant was wearing down and was able to secure it. I think he saved me from accidentally losing the pendant that my great grandfather gave me. Thanks Rudy!
