  • Rooms are getting pretty beat up. They need to refresh them. This is the second trip we have experienced that the hot water in the showers doesn't seem to get hot... lukewarm at best. The valet service is the worse on the strip. It takes FOREVER to get your car. Prepare to wait 15-30 minutes. That being said, the common areas are still good. The location is prime and the crowd is not as young and loud as Planet Hollywood.
