rev:text	a friend of mine moved from LA to Las Vegas and were more than excited to try a new place, ok cool. we both were oddly greeted by two women and they took us right away, we both decided to get gel manis, and chose the colors we wanted, as the manicurist was about to put my color on (the color I chose was a lavender pink) I noticed it was a hot pink. I asked her "is it going to be that pink when you put it on my nails" she said no. so I let her continue, after I pulled my hand from under the light I noticed it was still a hot a pink...wtf!? so I picked up the swatch she gave me to choose from and compared it to what she had put on my nails. I told her this isn't the same color, then she replies "we ran out of that color." if you ran out of that color, WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT FROM THE BEGGINING!? I could've easily picked something else instead of her throwing a hot a Barbie pink on my nails, so I made her take it off, and chose something else, she was upset and made a younger woman finish my gel manicure, but this isn't even the end of it. my friend chose a color and instead of putting the color she wanted on her nails they put something else. she went through the same exact thing I went through and later the man tells her they don't have that color. so annoying, so next the younger woman checks me out, via debit card & tells me it's 18$ since I checked in on yelp, I just sill decided to give them a 2$ tip since they gave me shitty service. a few minutes later she comes back and tells me it's actually 27$ and to write 7$ on the tip line. I was appalled!? but I decided to write the 7$ tip and keep it pushing. My manicure finished before my friends and another woman and I noticed they got a hand massage?! why didn't I get one? I don't know? and I even said to them I didn't receive a hand massage with my gel manicure and they just looked at me like I was crazy. now the ONLY reason I didn't give them one star is because they had really great movies playing during the service. other than that. this place is a piece of crap. don't waste your money!!!
