| - I have been to several ford dealers over the past 25 years and NEVER in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Steve Lyman, in sales, not only made me feel uncomfortable, but he also made me feel threatened. I have never experienced a salesman with such poor behavior, aggressiveness, and threatening/intimation tactics. As a consumer, I have every right to negotiate a used car sale price. It was my first attempt to negotiate and he literally lost his temper, became bright red and confirmed with me, that, "Yes, I have an attitude with you" There were other employees there that observed his behavior. When I went to leave the dealer, I was told by him "Go ahead and leave... your car may or may not still be out there" He then proceeded to peel out in the car I was looking to buy that was parked right next to my car, (another attempt of intimidation) I did inform upper management, they did put me in contact with a very nice sales lady that was willing to try to help me, but in the end I just could not bring myself to go back into that place.
I have not lost all faith in the AZ Ford dealers. I ended up purchasing a brand new car I wanted from Camelback Ford and had a much better experience.
