| - Alexander Gardens used to be a decent place. I started out there in 2001 and returned 2014 through 26 January 2016. I left because of new ownership (Alliance) jacked my rent $60/mo. from $640 to "a new offer of $ 703 base for a 9 month lease."
In addition, new management jacked H2O fees to $28/month; [my electric bill averages $30] SEWER fees of $14; billing fees of $3.50 in addition to garbage fee of $5; $1 Pest control (you're gonna need this, the place is worse than a roach hotel) and DID AWAY WITH assigned parking spaces. If you want to pay your rent online to avoid the surly management team, be prepared to cough up an additional $25, and they won't take post-dated checks if you plan to be on vacation. This is for a one bedroom!
Former management would clean carpet gratis upon rent renewal; upon move-out, ALLIANCE mgmt. owed me 6 days rent ($123) + $100 Security=~$223.
Maintenance informed me that unit to be gutted and upgraded. This has occurred according to neighbor reports 8 FEB. 2016.
Alliance had the the gall to charge me $100 for a carpet THEY RIPPED OUT YESTERDAY, AND KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT ($100). They then had the brilliant idea of SENDING ME BILL FOR $5.03.
Ownership clearly does not support DISABLED VETERANS. IF YOU'RE A VET, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CIVILIAN THIEVES.
I'm SUING ALLIANCE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, LEGAL CHICANERY, AND TRIPLE PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

How about you, Dustin S.? You with me?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELLHOLE. I rented a 3 BR in Summerlin for $950 with an irrigated backyard/mature trees. H2o bill: $25!
Cheers, BVS
