  • Pre-booked a trip to NY through expedia.ca which charged us $320 per night for a hotel room, & when we arrived, we found out that the regular price at this time, was $230. So basically, we were charged an extra $100 for booking in advance. When we called to complain, we were transferred & hung up on several times, & eventually when we actually got to speak with an actual person, we were told that they could offer us a $50 voucher on our next purchase with them, which we'll never do again. This is the second time we've had a negative experience with expedia, & we'll never use their services again.
