  • I normally order from Office Depot and get my orders the next day. I saw that Staples had an external hard drive on sale, so I ordered it. Delivery was to be at the store on July 10. No delivery. Customer service assured me that it would be there on July 11 in the morning. No delivery. Now I am told by 3:00 today, but I am not counting on it. This place is the worst!
