  • This has to be one of the most attentive, caring, friendly vet's offices I've ever been to. The office itself was immaculate and didn't smell too antiseptic. My dog didn't even know that he was at a vet's office; normally he freaks out as soon as we walk in. There was no waiting when I checked in, my dog was seen immediately by a tech and a veterinarian. The doctor answered all of my questions, was straightforward and reassuring, all at the same time. I knew I left my dog in capable hands. Even Eduardo, my pug, was at ease - again, he normally has a melt down upon entry to the clinic. Eduardo needed a pretty extensive dental procedure, one that would have cost me a small fortune anywhere else. Everything was explained to me, in terms of cost, and the techs gave me all of my options for making the cost burden a little more bearable. During the procedure, I was kept in the loop about how Eduardo was doing, any expected increases and got a call from the doctor himself when the surgery was finished. I never had to wonder what was going on, as they kept me in the loop for the entire time. Eduardo is recovering, and I have Dr. Samuelson and his fantastic staff to thank. If you need a new family vet, this is the place to go.
