Worst airlines I have ever been on. Didn't get on 6am flight to london due to e-visa status (which they waited on other fliers to get and held the flight). Then for our next flight was misinformed that sticking with that route would be still fine even with the delay and they would hold the flight. Flight ended up leaving 1 hour later after boarding and our connecting flights were missed. This flight in particular was filled with groups connecting to europe flights all which were missed by 10-15minutes. The when arrived at Montreal, since we missed our flights we were require to leave the secure area of the airport grab our luggage and rebook. Our luggage was not where to be found and we had to wait 45 minute to an hour for that. Then proceeded to rebooking. Rebooking only had 1 person to help 15 customers. A manager named Kim (bulky man) who was extremely rude told us to go to another place for hotels and flight would be booked for next day at 7pm. When trying to get him to understand that wasn't an optiin for us he proceeded to yell at us. I spent 3 hours from one line to the next. Then once ready to book the booking agent was also extremely rude (Homer) and would not try to find me another flight instead gave an very rude answer to me when I asked if there was anything else we could do to leave early he gave a rude "yes wait on standby" when I asked when those flights would be he gave an answer as in the evening at 7pm. I then couldn't handle the rude and unprofessionalism so someone told me to call in through thier phones. I called in after waiting for 3 hours of no help. The agent on the phone told me if i had called him even 5 minutes ago he would have gotten me on another flight and he not couldn't do anything. So I woke up in the morning in the to call into see if there was a possiblility for standby and have been waiting on the phone for over 45min to get some help. situation still not resolved. NEVER FLY AIR CANADA. I never wrote a review let alone a negative review, this is my first review, however needed to make sure was clear about the incompensies of Air Canada. I still have not gotten any sort of compensation or anything such a waste of time, energy and money.
