  • Nice neighborhood, apartments, and amenities for the residents to enjoy 24/7. That being said there are some caveats to this living experience. Upon signing the lease, residents HAVE to agree to have Cox Cable services. Do you know what that means? It means you have to deal with Cox Cable. If you're going to force your residents into using a nightmare of a cable/internet company then you OWE IT TO YOUR RESIDENTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECEIVE PROPER CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE. Otherwise people just aren't going to want to live there. Bottom line, take care of your people and they'll take care of you (and by you I mean your business).
