  • My wife and I are new to the area, and coworkers recommended Mint Hill Animal Hospital above other local options, so we made an appointment when our dog had an infection. They were quick to find an opening for him in their schedule, so we jumped at the opportunity. When we arrived, we were greeted by the B-squad at the front desk. They had scheduled an appointment in my wife's name, but upon arriving, we learned that the office staff had typed in random information (or auto-completed the appointment information with previous customer information) because the name, address, and every other piece of information was wrong. This led to an increased wait time and immediate annoyance. It's always frustrating when people have simple jobs but are unable to do them competently. The pricing seemed competitive, and the veterinarian was friendly and knowledgeable. The overall experience was just mediocre, however. If this is the best that Mint Hill has to offer, I'm shocked. The next time one of my pets needs veterinary services, I will be going to Sycamore or another clinic nearby to see if I have a better experience.
