  • It saddens me to write this review as I was very excited to find a store with accessible medical supplies so close by to me. This place has decent products, lots of variety, medium pricing, but very very poor customer service. In their haste to rush me out of the store and remind me twice that the store was closing soon, a mistake was made with my invoice (overcharged), which I am noticing now as I am checking my receipt outside their now locked doors. My purchase was not a small one and in my opinion, customer service could have been much more professional, especially for someone who is spending a little bit more and inquiring about potential future business referrals (sending patients from our clinic just down the street). I am extremely disappointed and turned off, as I own a health clinic nearby and was hoping to send our patients here for bracing, mobility-aids and other medical supplies.
