  • Saigon noodles is probably my most favorite pho place in Madison. I love how their food is so nicely priced yet so filling! The broth is tasty and flavorful. The noodles really soak up the flavor. They give a nice amount of bean sprouts and basil and jalapeños which is awesome! I feel like this is very authentic pho (although I'm no pho expert). I've had their Thai tea too which is delicious. A bit on the sweet side but still great nonetheless. Service is awesome and quick and attentive. Love love love Saigon noodles!
