i rarely write reviews, but i stumble in here and read some of the negative comments which in my opinion goes against to my experience. therefore, i'd like to provide my 2 cents. i have been living in canada since the 80's and grew up in scarborough both for school and for work, i am very familiar with scarborough town centre. from time to time, i make visit to this branch for financial service and each time after my visit, i have confident knowing i had taken care of my business and had partnered with the best bank i entrusted my money with. my experience with this branch had always been positive (other banks just can't provide). when i read how other individuals provided negative reviews, my thoughts is that they had probably little to no experience at other banks , and that their reason being at the branch can probably managed thru other channels like online banking, telephone or thru the ATM machine, i sincerely hope people know and expect to use the front line service of the bank for more complicated and complex banking issues where only a bank staff can service and don't abuse the staff with simple things like taking small amount of cash or pay simple bills where it can be accomplished thru other means which are faster and more efficient. dont' be wasting valuable resources and be a whinner when you are there asking for help to be spoon feed.
