So I will try and keep this short. I had been going to St Lukes Tempe Hospital for almost a year complaining of pain in my upper abdomen region. Over this time period they did a MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-Ray, and god knows what else. Every time for the last year it was "You're fine, here's pain meds and get out."
Fast forward to last week. I ended up in the ER and decided to go to another hospital for a second opinion. They did one ultrasound and in less than 2 hours saw my gallbladder us underdeveloped and is failing. One visit here got the answers to my pain for the last year, while St Lukes "never found anything".
I'm waiting to have surgery at the other hospital as we speak, and I will never return to St Lukes.
