  • I'm moving in to this place in 2 days. I put my apartment deposit down nearly 3 months ago even though the last tenant didn't move out until last month. First let me start by saying, the management here has been phenomenal. My bf and I have popped our heads in probably 12 times since we put our deposit down. A couple times we just wanted to see the model and take measurements. They've never given us any trouble and they've always been very accommodating and helpful with any questions and CONCERNS we've had. Our apartment is currently being remodeled (as the last tenant had one of the apartments that hadn't been redone yet) and we were told by Demetrius that it would be done about a week prior to moving in (because it is only supposed to take 20 business days after the last tenant vacated) but now they tell us it won't be done until the very last minute... Luckily, they are very understanding that of course, we're worried about things not being done by our move in date and being locked into the lease that we've already signed so, they've shredded our lease so that we can decide the day of whether or not we want to go through with this apartment or not. It really put me at ease when they did this for us but I'm still nervous about things not being done one time. Other than that, -The pools are clear and beautiful! I can't wait to swim in them this weekend!!! -everyone I've met in the parking lot or around the campus have been very friendly! -the cars in the parking lot say a lot... And what they are saying is that this apartment is safe. I haven't seen a single car drive by that makes me nervous about the type of people that might live here. All that being said, I hope I can edit this review in a couple days and let y'all know how my apartment is looking :D
