  • I haven't been to get my eyes checked in a little over two years as my last trip to LensCrafters was horrible!! I was long overdue and hesitant to see a new doctor. I found Optic Gallery and made an appointment through ZocDoc for today!! The staff as soon as I walked in greeted me, were very polite, attentive and helpful!! So far so good!! Got taken right back to get my routine tests and waited less than 5 minutes to see Dr. Lao. He was very nice, very thorough and answered all of my questions!! After my routine checkup, I was seated immediately with the Optician to fit my glasses and help me with my contacts!! One stop professional shop!! What a difference from the crazed, barnyard LensCrafters experience to a one on one, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere!! Thanks Dr. Lao and staff for making my previous terrible eye doctor experience one in the past and today's experience an amazing one!!
