  • I waited for 11 days before I got a phone call back from Dr.Crofoot, at Grand Paws so in the mean time I took my dog to another Vet who gave me advice on how to deal with the "Staph" infection my dog got at Grand Paws when they removed a cyst from his back ... I got a letter and my dogs records from Dr. Sink advising me they will no longer provide services for my dog because I was rude (?) and used vulgar language (?) when a Tech tried to get involved in a conversation I was having with Joe (the receptionist) ... I did tell her she had no idea what we were talking about and told her to to stay out of the conversation after she admitted she didn't know anything about "Staph Infections" any way ... My Dog is getting better and I am going to have all of the tests repeated being as I lost all confidence in the people at Grand Paws, and think they just wanted to tell me anything rather than admit they had no idea what to do ... I will gladly pay for the retesting and treatments out of pocket ... I will advice them of all costs related and if they give me back my money I will donate it to a pet shelter being as I do not care about the money but do care about my dog ... I talked to an Attorney and gave her a copy of the letter (from Dr. Sink) and a copy of all of my dogs records in case this goes to court once the tests results are back, so the ones they did better be right ...
