  • Before I signed my lease they seemed to be alright and offered me a deal of no regual deposits other than pet but once I moved in things slowly went down hill. Finding out that I was paying for use of the pool and gym when I couldn't even use it because they were "working on it". The first 2 and half months they had the pool area locked up and weren't even working on it. When getting in to the apartment the whole apartment smelt like smoke, the place was definitely not cleaned, I found freshly shaved hair all over the bathroom, the baseboards were cakes with dirt along with the air vent, the bathtub was painted and had paint chips coming off which made it unsafe to even bathe my baby, and after doing the walk through paperwork I was on the floor and noticed that all the carpet had a pee odor to it. The head of maintenance was definitely understanding and fixed the bath tub right away, told me about treatments for the smoke odor but not garenteed it wouldn't come back. When I told the office about both scents multiple times they said they would note it but pretty sure didnt. I only lived there for 3 months and I have had to replace items or wash things from being up against walls or hanging in closets due to it all smelling like smoke. When it came time to do the final walk through they had set it up for after my lease was up which would have resulted in paying extra. Thankfully I had called prior to verify and was able to change it but was pretty mad they set it up that was intially. They definitely need to work on being on the same page. And look out for the best interests of the tenants. There is really not that great of communication. I hope these changes they are making are for the better. Going off the issues that I had it was an unhealthy unit
