So far this place has the best price for the minimum amount. Once you add in all the addition it will be around $11. Compare this place to Shoku Ramen which is down the street, it is very competitive. Again another ramen house with salty broth. Can I get a normal broth with just bone and vegetable taste then I add my own fish sauce and miso to my liking? The saltiness is still better than Shoku ramen, but then again it might be my bad luck at Shoku Ramen.
Monta Ramen is pretty closed to my house. The combination of garnish, slice of belly pork, and broth is not fully met to the famous tonkotsu. But overall it was good. The service is fast. I get to pick thick or thin noodle. The decoration was earth tone which is easy to the eyes but not vibing like Las Vegas strip interior design. The kitchen is huge compare to the seating space. If they were to do a remodel again, they might want to calculate out the total space and give more space to the seatings. The last time I counted, this has less than 45 seats. I think they can push to the 50-60 if they redo the kitchen. The menu do not have a long list of items. Just broth, noodle pot, fryer and a few pots to boil. How much are storage spaces? I think there is a huge space for storing food to the decade. Not just 6 months supplies. Starbuck have the same total items but look at the reasonable kitchen size.
