  • Been here before, and never had an issue. I hadn't been there in a while cause I heard sketchy things about them. I decided to give them another try today for an oil change cause I got a very nice email saying that they missed me and all that other bullshit, giving me a coupon for a free oil change. Right off the bat, it didn't look good. They take my keys and tell me it'll be an hour. Almost an hour goes by and they tell me the bolt for the oil pan is stripped so they're having a hard time taking it out. The guy looks at me and says, you can take it and go somewhere else if you want! I decided to stay and let them finish even though I thought he lacked customer service skills. Took another hour to finish. Didn't even check my fluids, offer me any air filter or even wiped the windows. To top it off the guy writing me up asks the manager if he can use it. The manager yells from his office, he must've been really busy, no we can't do it. That is not for synthetic. When I told the guy in front if me it wasn't synthetic. You guys used high mileage oil, he just looked at me like all of a sudden he had gone deaf. I told him that I didn't care anyway and just charge me what he was gonna charge me. All in all, a very poor experience from a very unprofessional group of immature people.
