  • Honestly, we have shopped at this store a few times and I believe the service has dwindled. This is directly towards the deli portion of the store. The service is terrible and probably the slowest I've ever encountered. I went there the other day and I was the only one in line. It took over 30min to just get some cheese and salami. First, the employees were just talking to each other with no regard for the customer. Finally, a man named Tyler asked me what I wanted. It took him almost 10min to find the salami. After that was cut I asked for a specific brand of cheese. He stated that if I wanted it then he would have to go into the back. I didn't know that meant disappearing for another 10min. Then he came out to the front and spent another 5 looking for the cheese. He picked out a different brand and said "oh this is what you wanted". Clearly that was incorrect. I finally said forget it and took the different brand. A snail could have moved faster. Overall, my experience was bad enough that I will go somewhere else from now on. Vons or Smiths are much better even though this place is practically across the street from our home. Tyler needs additional training on how to be in the service business. Urgency is clearly not something on his mind and I can't even imagine what it would be like if there were people ahead of me.
