  • They scheduled me for 8:30 am. Wasn't seen until 9:30 am. Then the audacity to tell me I was wrong, that I had the appointment time wrong, and that they don't even see patients until after 9am...uh no, I had wanted to come in at 8 when they opened so that I wouldn't be late for work, and they expressly told me 8:30. Parking wasn't very close for my ailing dog to walk, the floors are slick and he slid around. The waiting room was tight and full of dogs. For these reasons, I will be looking for another vet. The doctor was very kind and the facility seemed clean, however, hence the extra star.
