  • The store is very clean and the doctors are very nice. However, I have been waiting for my contacts for over 2 months! My trial pair came in 3 weeks after they were ordered butI I didn't receive a call that they had come in; I had to call them to ask if they had come in yet. The trial pair didn't fit correctly so the doctor ordered me two different brands in order to try to make sure that the next ones fit. I called at least three times in between the end of April and the middle of June. Each time I was told that someone was going to call the manufacturer and check on them and once they got an answer they would call me back. I never received a call back any of those times. I just went into the store today because I was going to sit there until I got a definitive answer. I was told that they are both on backorder and I won't receive either one of them until at least the end of June so that's another two weeks. That means that I will have waited 2 full months for my pair of trial contacts. They told me that they would discount the boxes of contacts for me if I ordered it through them because of the inconvenience. But I really wonder after I get a trial pair of contacts that works how much longer I'll be waiting for multiple boxes of contacts. I'm definitely going to be price matching with online stores before I order anything through them.
