  • I give this particular T-Mobile 1 star because you can't leave a zero. Sales people are useless, would not listen to a word I said so I ended up walking out. Will NOT GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR T-MOBILE! They used to be good, don't know what happened, why they changed people but this particular location is terrible. Finding a new one to exchange phones. Hopefully will find another location that listens to their customers.
