I've been coming here for the last year and a half. The service has been fair to good every visit up to the most recent. Last week I purchased some juice and a pair of coils for my TFV8. I installed one of the coils that night when I got home.
Immediately I noticed the flavor from the coil was poor at best. After leaving my setup on my counter for a short period of time I noticed it leaking. I refilled the tank and overnight it leaked the entire tank of juice through to air intake ports. I pulled the tank apart and cleaned the entire tank (minus the coil) and allowed it to dry. I reassembled the tank and refilled it with juice. The tank continued to leak. This coil is rated "best 120-180 watts". Anything above 50 watts and you could taste something burning.
Anyways I take the coil back and tell the young lady at the counter with painted on eyebrows what's going on. The young Lady at the counter has one of the guys (James) look at the coil. She comes back and tells me there is nothing she can do to replace a $5 dollar coil that is a week old. Then she proceeds to tell me that I have to come back and talk to a manger tomorrow and "maybe he can do something to help". It's a $5 coil, give me a break. Take care of your customer. It leaked almost an entire $20 bottle of Robo Kitty juice you sold me. All I asked for is a replacement coil.
If you're unable to staff your retail location with people capable of taking care of your customers, why are you open for business. I've referred a dozen or more people to your shop. In the time I've been doing business with you I've purchased multiple tanks, batteries, chargers and probably $500 in juice. Do you not believe in customer satisfaction. If you can't take care of a $5 coil I'll do business els where. I will not be coming back.
