This is the location closest to my home, so it's the one I use. If there were another close by, I'd switch. The service is OK, and the food is usually acceptable, but the washrooms (downstairs) are usually out of soap. I've complained three times, and each time they say they will correct the situation. Is it too much to ask that the soap dispensers be filled every morning, and checked throughout the day? A restaurant should take issues of hygiene seriously, especially one of this size.
