  • This was a pathetic excuse for an emergency animal hospital. If you do not have a lot of money or a credit card to drop thousands of dollars on, then go elsewhere. We brought in our cat who ended up needing an emergency procedure according to the vet. That procedure cost $2.6k and we could not afford it. They do not allow payment plans, more than likely due to their partnership with CareCredit who would lose money if payment plans were offered. We couldn't get our vet into another vet due to unfortunate circumstances and they could not help us unless we paid them first, in full. It then became clear, they do not care about you or your pet. They are a corporate entity who gouges prices and then takes advantage of your emotions to make a profit. In the end we were forced to euthanize our baby or else he would have had to suffer and die painfully. Please find a private vet or hospital with a staff that truly cares and would be willing to work with you. Your pet will only leave here in you have thousands in savings.
