  • Patterson Remodeling should get the 2017 "Contractor of the Year" (CotY) award Best remodeling contractor I have ever experienced in 20 years of fix & flips and this time upgrading my own house. I have never met such a friendly crew. I usually never know the names of the individuals doing the work. Burton made sure we knew who was doing the work. - Burton should get Project Manager of the year - most friendly and hands-on PM I have met. - Tyson should get co-Project Manager of the year - he was always checking up if Burton was unavailable. - Zach and his team were very careful with the demo - no damages. - Alex and his team (Mike, Ramon) should get tile artist of the year - he made our designs even better and his cuts are precise. - Kaylor and his team should get plumber of the year - he was so responsive and offered great suggestions. - Carlos and his team did an excellent job on the fabrication and installation of the quartz counters and sink. - Buffalo and his team (Eli) should get electrician and drywall repair of the year - 3 light controls in one master bathroom is unheard of and I can't tell where the holes were made. Everyone on Burton's team deserves credit for a job well done. They were all friendly, careful, and did quality work. I highly recommend Patterson Remodeling and Burton's team.
