  • Being long time happy members of Costco, we decided to go to Sam's today during their open house to see how it compared. We were totally unimpressed with the lack of customer service, the unfriendly and unhappy looking and acting employees, the fact that we were not made aware until we went to pay for our purchase that they did not accept Visa or American Express, our only 2 cards. We will definitely stay with Costco and not bother to go back to Sam's!
