This is the best decorated tea parlor I have visited. Make sure to have reservations as this place is small and busy. I was in as a group of five and we sat at a table near the front picture window and beautifully decorated fireplace. We each got our own pot of tea and were able to sample each others: all very tasty. For lunch I ordered the savory sampler which is a variety of 4 finger sandwiches and a cup of soup (I picked the tomato bisque). The portion is dainty so while delicious it's not completely filling. Overall, it was a fun and sophisticated ladies lunch.
On the down side by the time we got there at 1pm, they were out of a lot of items from tea flavors, lunch items and dessert.
