  • Never ever ever again. I've always loved this place because of it's convenient location. It's a decent price with nice pools. Well that all changed. This place should be shut down during construction. I knew coming into it that the pools were closed due to renovations but I did not know THE ENTIRE CASINO IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE. This is my last morning here and I've never been more excited to get home from a vacation. Absolute nightmare. Stayed for 5 nights and was woken up 4 of the 5 days including Sunday (apparently Labor Day was special) before 7am with banging and drilling all around me. Out of control. Ac in room didn't work. Had to call down at midnight because I couldn't sleep from the heat. You step off the revelatory and heat is pouring out of the vents. Does management not realize it's 106 degrees?! Outlet plugs in bathroom don't work. No place to put clothes except a tiny closet. No drawers. No microwave or fridge. I typically love all the bathroom products. There was cheap shampoo conditioner lotion and a bar of soap. For an upscale place, it's not ok. I don't even want to ask for extras like I normally do. I don't even feel clean after just showering. And the parts that are renovated suck. I am so beyond disappointed. Last night I came to room to order a movie to take a much needed break from the strip and what a surprise, no movies available during renovations. I couldn't even buy an overpriced movie. Ridiculous. I called down this morning to request a noon rather than 11 checkout and was denied. Are you kidding me?!?! Customer service was awful, prob because every single person at this hotel is complaining. My vacation was basically ruined from this. Not cool at all, MGM. I expect much higher levels of service from a MGM property. I will not be staying here again. I'm generally positive so I will say the beds are nice. Not that it matters since they woke my butt up so early every morning. Aaarrrgh. Angry.
