  • I AM SO PISSED! Since we activated their service our service keeps dropping or is very slow. For a home with only 1 computer and 2 cell phones I doubt these use so much internet to cause the internet so slow or make it drop. They had a few of their service men come and see what the issue is and they keep telling us they will send someone to fix it but no one comes. When I contacted the customer service the rep said that what can they do by sending in another service man. That is pretty much saying they won't help, she then said that they have history of only 1 service man coming in to check the issue when that is NOT TRUE!!! she then had the balls to hang up on me. I am beyond pissed! I hate having to pay for something that I can not even use!
