  • The room was adequate. It could have been cleaner and the design was poor. The staff at reception were friendly and courteous. And the pool is quite nice. However, the reason why this place gets only one star is because of what happened during the sales presentation. We discussed getting the Workdmark Credit card. It was only after we completed all the paperwork that they informed us that we would have to buy 5000 credits ($15,000) in order to link the credit card to our account and to use the rewards to help pay our maintenance dues each month. This was deceptive to put it mildly. And the person was assisting us was not courteous. All in all this was a very negative experience and we would not want to stay at this place again.
