  • The room was very nice and everything was seen as expected. We attended the owner update and The salesman was arrogant and pushy some of the solutions that was given to us we're not in our best interest. When it was clear we're not going to buy they proceeded to read our history and all the times we had not bought. I went to this as an owner update and I was not updated on any of the new properties. We got some food Cards for attending one of the $25 card did not work and we ended up wasting all night going to a place to eat that we would not have gone to just to have the cards not work. I approach them about this and they told me they would fix it and get me new cards, but never did. I have never had this happen at other grand vacation's club. There also could be a little more direction on how to get from the parking garage to the hotel a lot of guest get confused and end up at the flamingo hotel.
