  • Don't go here. Got a toe infection and my toenail bed on my biggest toe turned black and fell off. I'm giving them 2 stars and not one because the staff was kind and because I decided to not go in and complain. I felt there was no point the nail was gone but I should have said something about their sanitization practices (lack there of at times). I didn't give them a chance to fix the situation. Once the nail grew back 1/4 of the way I did go back to the same franchise but another location. Ugh I have a review for that one as well. Just avoid Rainbow Nails, anywhere. Please.
