The theatre itself - usually clean; the movie's visual and audio components are both good. The seats are comfortable.
The food - it's actually really good for cinema snacks. I love the mozzarella sticks and fries.
The crowd - unruly and loud. Honestly, if you value enjoying the movie you paid for, this is not the place to go to. Westwood is much better in this regard. People sit their arses in their seats and everyone peacefully enjoys the movie. In Ridge Park, people laugh and scream and talk loudly and you wonder who the heck taught them manners. I mean, I know horror movies are often lame, but that doesn't mean you should howl like hyenas every time there's a scare. FGS. The patrons here are the reason I hate this theatre and prefer Westwood.
