  • I have been coming to Nevada nail salon for over a year now and truly liked getting my nails done with Patrick until recently. Two weeks ago I got my nails done with Jessica the owner cause Patrick was out of town. Jessica did a horrible job I asked for candy cane on my nails and she said oh I forgot then the next day my gel polish chipped and I called luckily Patrick was there to fix so he did and fixed all of them cause the paint job Jessica did was awful. Now two weeks later all my gel on my nails have chipped and its lifting so I called for an appointment with Patrick and Jessica answered the phone and I asked for mani and pedi with Patrick at 4 and she told me he was busy but the way she sounded on phone didn't sound right and gave me a bad feeling. So I had my mom call and ask for an appointment with Patrick and she said ok see you at 4. I was blown away cause she messed up on my nails and because I called and complained she's going to act that way with me. I didn't yell or be rude I just complained like any normal customer would. I called back and spoke to Patrick and he told me that he got a cancellation and I said in literally two minutes you got a cancellation... Wow! I can't believe you guys I'm blown away ... So disappointing and he just told me well I did and I took it wrong but what person wouldn't take it wrong and I told him well you just lost a customer ..Very sad that the stupid owner Jessica would ruin this for me cause I really enjoyed getting my nails done by Patrick! So I'm writing this if you go here watch out for Jessica cause if u don't like the way she does your nails don't complain cause then you will get shut out!!
