  • I hired this company based off their great reviews on Yelp for a Move Out clean and carpet cleaning. All crew members showed up within the given time slot and performed excellent work. We have two large dogs and the rental was spotless when they were done. I fully expect to get my deposit back from the property management company thanks to Pristine. My complaint is with the office/operational side of the company which is why I cannot give higher marks. When I called for a quote I was told the carpet cleaning would be $99. When my bill was emailed to me they charged my $250! I am still in the process of getting my money refunded. Needless to say, I am not happy. Amy was awesome and fixed the error with the extra charge. Greatly appreciated. Changing my overall review to 4 stars. CLEANING SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD!
