  • These apartments are literally awful. I don't ever write reviews but I had to do my own bug spraying because they had so many roaches. My 450 sqft apartment was $820, and the cabinets don't even close- they just hang open. I had to fix the closet doors a million times because they fall off.. my stove burners didn't fit the stove tops and called maintenance and never got them fixed. The pool & gym have been closed for 3 weeks now for maintenance but what they need to be fixing is the apartments. Water damage everywhere when I first moved in :( no one answers the phone but when you go to the office they're all talking and eating food. They haven't jerked the rent around and it's in a nice area. Only reason they got 2 stars.
